Upon arriving at UCLA, the students were taken on a tour by their RTAs. UCLA is a famous campus and is often featured in American movies. Additionally, the university is known for having a large international student population (12%) with over 100 countries represented at the school. UCLA is ranked #1 public university in the nation by the U.S. News & World Report and currently has over 43,000 students. Despite 29,500+ students that attend the university, the school has a 17% acceptance rate and is currently the most applied to university in the nation. After the tour, students ate lunch at the Student Union and browsed the UCLA campus bookstore.

Các học sinh cùng RTA đã đến Đại học California, Los Angeles (UCLA) và RTA chính là hướng dẫn viên, hướng dẫn học sinh cẩn thận để tìm hiểu về ngôi trường nổi tiếng này. Santa Monica Beach is a beautiful, lively area with over 5.5 kilometers of stunning coastline. The pier, which extends over 300 meters into the water, is over 100 years old and is a popular landmark for both residents and visitors of the Los Angeles area. The entrance of the pier is very famous and has been featured in many American feature films. Students had plenty of time to soak up the sun at the beach, enjoy amusement park rides on the pier, shop at an assortment of stores and choose from a variety of novelty restaurants. While the travel week is full of fun adventures, the students are also continuing to practice their English outside the classroom. It is enjoyable for the staff to observe students interacting with the locals and engaging in conversations with native English speakers.

圣莫尼卡海滩是一个美丽又热闹的景区，有着超过5.5公里的壮观海岸线。这个拥有着100多年历史的码头一直延伸到300米以外的水域， 是洛杉矶地区居民和游客的出游的著名里程碑。码头的入口闻名千里，曾在多个美国电影的镜头中出现。学生们有充足的时间沐浴在海滩上的阳光中，在码头上享受游乐园的娱乐设施，到各种各样的商店里购物，并从附近新奇各异的餐馆中挑选食物。旅游周不仅充满了有趣的冒险，而且学生们也不停地在课外练习英语。RTA很高兴看到学生与当地人交流。

Santa Monica Beach là một khu biển đẹp và sống động với đường bờ biển ngoạn mục dài hơn 5,5 km. Bến du thuyền 100 tuổi này kéo dài đến vùng biển cách đó 300 m và là một cột mốc nổi tiếng đối với người dân và du khách đến khu vực Los Angeles. Lối vào bến tàu ở đây là điểm đến đã xuất hiện trong một số phim hành động của Mỹ.
